Accepting Credit, Debit, Over-the-Counter, or ACH Payments

If it is your first time accepting payments, you will need to do the following 3 steps to get started:

1.  Review the Statewide Bank Card Acceptance Agreement
2.  Complete the Merchant Services Application Form
3.  Submit the above form to Treasury_Merchant_Services@delaware.gov

If you are already accepting payments and are not applying for a new service or merchant ID, please first contact our merchant services team before filling out any forms to determine the appropriate steps in expanding or upgrading your payment platform(s).  Agencies accepting electronic payments are required to adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
