The Office of the State Treasurer is looking for an experienced special payments manager to support ongoing responsibilities within the Operations and Fund Management division. This class is responsible for the daily administration of the State’s cash and debt programs, as guided, defined and adopted by the Cash Management Policy Board (CMPB). This role is primarily responsible for the oversight and accounting of the State’s special funds management processes, including the processing of grant in aid, police pension, insurance, and other miscellaneous special payments to state agencies. First State Financials (FSF) experience is highly desirable in this role.
