Custody Services for the Cash Management Pool
The State Treasurer desires to enter into a custody relationship with a qualified vendor for the purpose of providing comprehensive custody services for the Cash Management Pool of the State of Delaware. The core requirements are custody and safekeeping of assets, trade processing, accounting and reporting, proper allocation of income earned to participating units within the State, securities lending, performance measurement & analytics, and investment guideline compliance monitoring service.
